Shipping Policy

Cozy Canter orders have an estimated processing time of 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 8–16 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Rates and destinations

We ship worldwide to the countries available at checkout. Standard shipping is $3 USD on orders up to $49.99 USD, and free on orders of $50.00 USD or more (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes). The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier volume, weather and customs can cause delays. If you need your Cozy Canter for an upcoming trip, order early. A parcel still within its estimated window is not considered lost.

Addresses

Please double-check your address before ordering and contact us right away if it needs a correction; changes may not be possible once the order is fulfilled. Additional shipping costs may apply to parcels returned because of an incorrect address or failed pickup.

International orders

Customs processing may add time. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility unless included at checkout.
